Fantastic Villa with outdoor pool and heated indoor swimming pool, can be rented as a whole villa consisting of 3 apartment units that all interconnect with each other 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedrooms with one private swimming pool on Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha. BOOKINGS only accepted from SATURDAY to SATURDAY from April to end of October. Winter months dates are flexible. The heated indoor pool is available at an extra small charge.

Located in Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha. This villa can be booked or rented either as a whole villa for up to 20 persons with private pool or separate units sharing the -------- apartment units are available as follows:- A two bedroom apartment that accommodates up to four people and two x 3 bedroom apartments accommodating up to six people each, all fully furnished and comprising of its own combined kitchen and sitting room, bathroom with a fitted shower and bath. Note that the 3 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms. the 2 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom interconnects to make one whole floor while the other 3 bedroom is ground floor. The kitchens are fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Every room also has and electric fan and a mosquito deterrent to make your holiday cool and carefree. The bedrooms have large terraces enjoying country and distant sea views. If you are a large group the apartments can be rented out as a private villa with exclusive use of the pool all to yourselves. Please note that from the ground floor apartment to the pool outside there are 15 steps.
All bedrooms and kitchens have A/C units which can be used on cold or hot air.

Air conditioning in every bedroom operated by pre paid cards available from the owner on arrival. EUR 10 cards can last 1 week if used only at night. Standing fans are provided in every bedroom and these are free of charge.

This holiday villa property is located in the hilltop village of Mellieha and in a secluded and highly sought after real estate area which enjoys one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. Its just a short walk up to the main and old town centre boasts of its local culture, historic sites, fine selection of restaurants, traditional shops and sandy beaches. Mellieha is an excellent place to stay and spend your holidays in Malta. Here there's lots to enjoy the local way of life which is very Mediterranean in every sense of the word. From here one can also take a short bus ride or drive over to other attractions in the area from under 15 minutes or so. Buses to the area are relatively frequent and several bus stops are available in the area to make getting around on a cheaper budget much easier these days. Having a car is ideal but not entirely necessary. There are a good selection of other picturesque sandy beaches like Ghajn Tuffieha and Golden sands that are also just a short drive away. Getting to Valletta the capital city, or to areas like St Pauls Bay and/or St Julians is just about 15 to 30 minutes by bus or by car.
